Genuine eye-contact is very important when it comes to personal communications: it establishes rapport and conveys trust. We have a range of solutions, that will enable you to ‘look your customer straight into the eyes’. All the workstations deploy some sort of eye-contact alignment mechanism.
The 'Workstations' are used by the ‘Service Agents’, who are providing the service to the Kiosk User, from their remote location. The Agents can appear in front of the Kiosk user either in 2D or in 3D. This depends on the Workstation and on the Kiosk. In all cases, will the agents appear with aligned eye-contact.
An add-on device is mounted on the existing laptop. Thanks to this, the eye-contact with the person in the remote location will be aligned and the remote person will experience genuine eye-contact. The external webcam – integrated into the unit – transmits images in 2D. This is the perfect solution for those agents who use their own laptop but who lack the desk-space to use the i2i-CAM.
For perfectly aligned eye-contact. This unit is simply placed on the desk. Available in two flavours : with integrated PC (100% self-containing application ) or as separate display unit which is to be connected to the existing computer of the Agent. On the screen, the Agent can conveniently gather all the content to be shared with the user in the remote location.Transmits and receives images in 2D (not 3D). Touchscreen and mouse-controlled. This is the flag-ship unit and top-of-the line of the Workstations . Complete table with build-in equipment. Based on 24 inch display and can optionally be equiped with second 24 touch screen, integrated in the table. High finishing (HiMax – like Corean). Generates the very best 2D and 3D images. Is supplied with suitable back-ground (for best 3D effect) and with specialized lighting. Required floorspace is 120 cm x 250 cm.
All systems can be supplied with specialized lighting and suitable backgrounds for best visual effect. These backgrounds can be wall-mounted, freely standing on the floor or chair-mounted as shown below. This maximizes the user experience, regardless the physical location of the Agent.
